A confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready to pick-up at Haanfit.
You can collect your order within 6 days. After 6 days, your order will be automatically returned.

Standard delivery (Monday – Friday)

Delivery times and costs are indicated in “in which countries do you deliver?” section. 
Delivery between 9am and 6pm.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The delivery times announced in the checkout are calculated respectively on the shipping destination in order to give you the most reliable information.
Our carrier partner is informed of your phone number to facilitate the delivery of your parcel. You will be directly notified by text message once your parcel is shipped.
We may need to check your contact details with your bank before shipping. In this case, we will do everything we can to ensure the delivery of your parcel in a timely manner.
For deliveries outside of the E.U., we are doing our best to facilitate the customs clearance. However, the delivery times could be delayed beyond our capacity, by border control.
All orders containing fine jewelry placed after 12:30pm for delivery outside the European Union may be subject to 1 additional transit day. 

Anyone present at the exact delivery address can receive the order. The carrier will obtain the recipient’s signature. 
Orders cannot be delivered to a different address from the one informed when placing your order (e.g. neighbor, service point) if you didn’t allow it.

Once your order is placed, you can no longer change the delivery address.

It is possible to schedule a delivery to your workplace.

For US orders, sales or use taxes may apply according to the state of delivery. Sales or use tax rates vary by state and are calculated based on the delivery address informed when the order is placed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to report any purchases of tangible personal property that have not been taxed, and pay said use tax, unless taxes are exempt under local state law.

You will receive a text message informing you of the estimated delivery date and tracking number. On the day of the delivery you will receive a second text message to inform you of the forthcoming delivery of your parcel.

As of December 31st, 2020, the price of the items will include all taxes & duties as well as the applicable VAT. No additional cost will be requested upon reception of your package.

  • The implementation of the new customs procedures will entail additional delivery delays. When referring to the Estimated Delivery Date of your order, please consider an increase of 2 additional days for Standard delivery and 1 additional day for Express delivery.
  • The documents needed for the return of your post-Brexit orders will be included in your parcel from December 21st, 2020. Returns remain free and refunds will correspond to the full amount paid for the item, including taxes & duties.

PO boxes are not eligible for delivery.

You can track the status of your order in your account in the section “My Orders”.

Once your order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address.

Some products, like perfume or jewelry, might face delivery restrictions in some countries. In this case, you would not be able to add it to your shopping bag.

Every delivery location is possible: hotels, work, holidays residence and hospitals.
Only post boxes are not eligible.

If you are not available on the day your order is scheduled to be delivered, you can reschedule a delivery for a day of your choice (Monday to Friday):

If you are not available on the delivery day, a delivery notice will be placed in your mailbox. Another delivery will be automatically planned the day after between 8am and 6pm. One additional delivery is possible.

Some products, like perfume or jewelry, might be restricted depending on the delivery country. In this case, you will not be able to add it to your shopping bag.

This is the case for beauty products in the following countries:
Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Qatar
 

Other product restrictions specific to country:

  • India: the shipping of jewelry is banned
  • Mexico: the shipping of shoes is banned 
  • Nigeria: the shipping of shoes and bag is banned


Other countries require the client’s ID, registration or identification number once the parcel goes through customs at the country of destination.
To avoid possible delays, please make the aforementioned documents available to DHL, our delivery partner, when they contact you.

Products composed of materials protected by the Washington Convention (leatherwear and fur) will be shipped with their corresponding CITES certificate.

To simplify our customers’ experience, import taxes and Customs duties are automatically calculated and included in the total price of your order (except Algeria, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Cambodia, Cameroon, Gabon, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Madagascar, Pakistan, Peru, Tunisia, Ukraine, Uruguay).

No import taxes or Customs duties are included in the price where the individual product or total order value is below the relevant country de minimis threshold or where the product, due to its origin, may benefit from a free trade agreement concluded between the EU and the country of delivery.

In case of return, the total amount paid, including potential import taxes and duties, by the client is refunded.

We will refund the full amount of the product on the payment method used at the time of purchase, including taxes and duties. The shipping fees, if paid, will remain at your cost for deliveries outside of Europe.

Clothing
Try your products with care. Do not remove the security tags and brand labels. The item must be returned unworn and unused (this includes washing) with all Haanfit and designer tags still attached, including the Haanfit security label.

Leather Goods
Handle the protective wrapping with caution if you are not certain of keeping your purchase
Pay special attention to the dark clothes that can color transfer to light-colored leather.

Shoes
Try shoes on soft, clean surfaces such as carpets or rugs to prevent damaging the soles. The shoes must be returned in their original conditions and original box. It is important to double box your shoes, this will help to protect them from damage during shipping. The protection sticker placed on the soles of the shoes must be kept in case of returns.

Lingerie
Try on lingerie without removing the hygiene sticker protection. Returns will not be accepted if the hygiene protection is removed.

Beauty
Beauty products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Some orders containing specific beauty products are not accompanied by a return label. Please Contact us for more information on our return policy on these specific products.

We guarantee simple and free returns for all purchases. You have 30 days to return your order.

1. Prepare your parcel: place the item(s) inside the parcel. Remove the original Haanfit shipping label then stick the return label (1) on the outside of your parcel.
2. Fill in the Proforma Invoice Return with the quantity and total amount of the returned item(s). Date and sign this Proforma Invoice Return before inserting it into the provided clear plastic pouch. Make sure to place the plastic pouch outside of the parcel.
3.Contact DHL to arrange a pick-up at your preferred date and address. Please refer to the return guide included in your parcel to find your local DHL phone number.

Briefs, swimwear, and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns are only accepted if products fulfill the conditions outlined above. For hygiene reasons, returns may be rejected if the adhesive label is removed or if the item is stained. In this case, the product will be returned to the customer.
Refunds are issued within 7 to 10 business days to count from the arrival of your returned parcel at our workshop. 
Quality checks will take place before all refunds are processed. The returns which do not fulfill the conditions outlined above will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

– Returns from United States for an order over 2.500 USD
For USA returns over 2.500 USD : please contact us. You will need to fill in, date and sign a  “Power of Attorney” document, authorizing DHL to perform customs clearance on your behalf.
– Returns from China: Our local customs agent will contact you in case of returns of products over 5.000 RMB 

Your order cannot be changed once it has been confirmed. If a cancelation is possible, you will not be debited.

Items must be returned unworn and unused (this includes washing) with all Haanfit and designer tags still attached, including the Haanfit security label on Ready-to-Wear articles. Briefs, swimwear, bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear and returns will be accepted if products fulfill conditions outlined above. For reasons of hygiene, returns may be rejected if the adhesive label has been removed or if the item is stained. Returns are processed within two working days from receipt at the warehouse, with refunds following shortly thereafter.

Quality assurance check will take place before all refunds are process. The returns which do not fulfill the conditions outlined above will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Returns of beauty products from other countries are not authorized for safety reasons linked to air transport.

Particular cases:
– Returns from United States for an order over 2.500 USD: the client will have to send us an autorisation letter in order to proceed with american customs formalities.

– Returns from China: Our local customs agent will contact you in case of returns of products over 5.000 RMB

We are happy to issue a refund for items that respect our Return Policy.
Once we receive your parcel and the returned items are cleared after quality control, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. This may take 7 to 10 business days to count from the arrival of your parcel back to our workshop. 
We will refund the total amount of the item including taxes and duties.
You will be informed via email once we issue the refund.
Orders can only be refunded to the original form of payment and issued to the person who placed the order. It may take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account. The variation in time to complete the refund process depends on your card issuer and unfortunately, we have no influence on this delay.

Sagemi offers free return shipping.

If your order arrived damaged, incomplete or different from what you bought, we invite you to report any damage to the carrier and to refuse the delivery.
Contact us within 2 days following the reception of the order: send us the photos of the product and its packaging, we will find a solution together as soon as possible!

There is no possibility to get a tax refund directly from Sagemi.

It is not possible to pay on delivery. The payment can only be made online on Sagemi.

You can pay on Haanfit with American Express, MasterCard, Visa, JCB, UnionPay, Discover (only for USD currency), Paypal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Alipay.

Sagemi uses one of the most secure online ordering systems on the market, and is making sure to offer the highest possible security at all times. Your card details are never saved by Sagemi.

It is possible to pay in installments by selecting PayPal or Klarna as your preferred payment method. Payments by Paypal or Klarna are unavailable for the brand CELINE.

Your bill is available on your personal account once your order has been shipped.

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by  the card issuer to maintain security. To process the payment of your order, you will be invited to enter you card details, the expiration date and the last 3-digit security code (CSC).  If your payment has been declined by your card issuer, then you’ll need to place your order again. Haanfit is not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined.

The Gift Voucher is credited to the loyalty account on the day after the Exclusive Reward for in-store purchases. For any product ordered in-store or online requiring a delivery, Gift Vouchers are credited after the product has been delivered. The Gift Voucher is valid for 6 months. Its worth is 10% of the eligible purchases made on the day of their Exclusive Reward. You can use it when finalizing your order on Sagemi, this mean of payment is eligible in the checkout.

Gift card is not a mean of payment on Sagemi.
